FRESNO COUNTY ORDINANCE CODE - SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS
When a site plan review is required in Fresno County, the site plan must be drawn to scale and dimensionings must be clear and everything must be labeled. The applicant must submit 11 prints or copies of the site plan to the Public Works & Development Services Department of Fresno County. The site plan must include all of the following items which are to be clearly labeled:
a. Lot dimensions
b. All building and structures such as locations, elevations, size, height, and proposed use.
c. Yards and space between buildings
d. Walls and fences including location, height, and materials.
e. Off-street parking including the locations, number of spaces, dimensions of parking areas, and internal circulation.
f. Access including pedestrians and vehicular service such as points of ingress and egress and internal circulation
g. Signs including location, quantities, size, and height.
h. Loading areas including the location, dimensions, number of spaces, and internal circulation.
i. Lighting including the locations, general nature, and holding devices.
j. Utlitites including existing and proposed utilities.
k. Street dedications and improvements.
l. In the "RCC", "C-P", "C-1", "C-2", "C-3", and "C-R" Districts, the location of the landscaping must be shown.
m. Any other data that is necessary to permit the Director to make the required findings.
Within 50 days after the submission of the site plan, the Director shall do one of the following:
1. Approve the site plan
2. Approve the site plan with conditions deemed necessary to protect the public health, safety, and welfare
3. Disapprove the site plan
The Director's decision shall be final unless appealed to the Planning Commmision.
